Who we are

What data we collect

When you send a request through the contact form, we collect your email address, first and last name, the type of project you are interested in, the optional features you select and the optional message you write.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website remembers your language choice (English or Romanian) in your browser's local storage; this never leaves your device.

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working, and we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics that do not identify you personally.

Why we use it

We use the details from the contact form only to reply to your request, prepare an estimate and discuss a possible project with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Technical logs and statistics are used for security and to improve the website, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. To deliver form messages to our inbox we use Web3Forms, and the website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data only on our behalf and under their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request, and for at most 2 years after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case contractual and legal retention periods apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to contact@devmob.app and we will reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
